Can I repair my Bluetooth antenna?

My phone recently started having a hard time with keeping a bluetooth connection. I used to be able to have the phone pretty far away and still listen to music with a BT set of headphones or earbuds. But now, just walking with the phone in my back pack seems to have to much matter to go though and keep a good signal. Walking also revealed that slight shaking causes a pause in the connection.
