Why is my device not charging?
I tried playing with the charging cable and using different outlets but my device is still not charging

Ensure both sides of charging cable is inserted all the way in, if the device is still not working, the charging cable is most likely defective. If problems persist, the battery could possible require replacement.

If it's not the battery nor the charging cable, must be the charging port! Mine had a smell piece of metal (connector) visibly broken.
