Can't connect to WiFi even though strong signal?

In phone set up I entered my password, It started up and the a message said disabled. Now when I try to reconnect it says strong signal but unable to connect.

Hi,

Try the 'forget this network' option in the WiFi options and restart the phone and try it again.
