What is the ClamCase warranty?
ClamCase® warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. Under the 1 year warranty, your item may be replaced depending on the extent of defects. Your warranty only applies to the specific device model that was purchased and is non transferable.
We will not accept returns on a personalized ClamCase®. ClamCase® is NOT responsible for damage to your ClamCase® caused by customer accident or error.

I have this same problem. The clamcase seem to be very delicate and not sturdy.

With how delicate they are probably would need to go to someone that knows how to take apart and maybe buy a different case.
