The paper gets skewed and crushed when I try to print a document. I've tried all the suggestions in the troubleshooting section of the user guide. My email address is herman2325@comcast.net.

Bob, Unplug and blow out the printer to get rid of all accumulated dust/debri, next locate and clean paper feed rollers with soft cloth/ Q-tip dampened with water,then dry rollers. Retry printer, if still not good rollers may need replaced. Check the attached link, instruction. Good luck.
