Why isn't my computer detecting the Cube?
My computer is not recognizing my Cube when I plug it in with the USB.

Make sure there is an SD card installed in your Cube. The Cube will not work or be able to be detected without an SD card. Also make sure that your SD card is at least Class 10. Lower Class cards will cause performance issues. Check out the Troubleshooting Page for more information pertaining to your device.

FYI, Make sure you are using a USB Data Cable and not just a USB Charging cable.
