2 Why won't my device wake from sleep mode?
The screen is off but the tablet is still on. I have tried pressing the power button to turn the screen back on but it is not responding.

The best way to resolve this issue is with a device reset. Hold down the power button for 5 seconds to force shut down the device. Then wait about 30 seconds before turning the device back on. If the problem still persists, try consulting the troubleshooting page for possible solutions
