Grand Prime will not charge

So I've had my Grand Prime for around 6 months. It's not an amazing device but it's served me well. But suddenly, today, it would constantly connect and reconnect from it's chargers regardless of the ports or cords I used, and after playing around with it for a bit to try and identify the problem, it no longer responds at all.

My battery still has life, and it won't show the charging icon when connected be it to a wall socket, computer, or otherwise. I've tried multiple cords as well, and I've gone so far as to clean the charging port and re-leveled the tab inside to no avail.

The phone has no damage either physical or water either, which just leaves me more confused.

Basically, I'm stumped.
