So, my phone screen is broken and there are multiple horizontal strips

So, my phone screen is broken and there are multiple horizontal stripes on it. It looks like it is glitching out and it seems the touch is normal, there is no problem sensing your finger, the only problem is the view. So i just want to know, where can i fix it, i live in the LAX area (by the Los Angeles Airport). And how much it would cost.

Also, i would like to know if there is any possible wayto get a case for this phone because i can't find one anywhere.

You can fix it yourself for $29 USD here:

Note that the phone has torx screw drivers instead of phillips. I recommend the iFixit Toolkits for the screw bits.

You need to replace not only the screen but also the LCD or oled what ever panel is used for display has been damaged and the pixels are "bleeding" so a full display replacement is needed

look for a replacement kit on ifixit or a screen on ebay and a ifixit repair kit either of those work
