How to fix printing shadows, the upper left is mostly good

how to fix printing shadows, the upper left is mostly good but then it starts shadows start in red color and if i print a picture it will be blurry. have tried to calibrate but did not work, called HP but that was a joke. they just wanted me to buy a new printer. also i have changed the cartilages a couple of times. Help please!!
