After turning on my tablet, I noticed that only half the screen is responding to touch. I've tried restarting and doing a soft reset, but still only half the screen works. I'm not sure how to figure out why or how to fix it.

If only part of the screen is working it might be a problem with the connections of the digitizer ribbon cables. To fix the problem make sure all the cables are correctly connected to the motherboard. If the problem continues to happen the screen might need to be replaced.
