1 Why won’t my device turn on?
I believe my device is fully charged but it still does not turn on. What can I do to make it turn on?

Read the instructions concerning charging the device.
They should tell you to look for a light or some other indication the device is charging.
Follow the instructions for charging to ensure the device is actually fully charged.
If the fully charged device still will not turn on, it may have a terminal problem that will require more in-depth troubleshooting to discover and repair.

Try a different charger; the charger may be bad - that ws the case with my Visual Land tablet.
