screen fault lines coming and geing off

My phone fell in watertub and it was little filled with water and phone was in water upto speaker level and i take it back within seconods from lower side after week transparent lines started comingup, up to down and screen is little tilted and when. Iplay video lines get off clear screen or even when brightness is increased..... My phone is under warrenty what to do now.... Help me
