not conncecting to my laptop...

I connect my blu advance 5.0 to my laptop and I cant find no file on it

I had to manually install the USB driver in order to connect for my laptop to recognise and access my BLU Advance 5.0

hi,

first you make sure that your operation system is actual (windows 8.1 or plus ) because this operations systems don't have problems in this case . also, when you connect the phone in your laptop , in the top to the screen in your phone you can see a options to connectivity for usb, select the first (normally is for transfer files and others media files) and you can see the files in your laptop.

I have the BLU Grand Energy 5 and there's no USB option as described. I've reset the phone several tines, tried more than one W10 device different cables and I still can't transfer files to a PC. The Icon appears but the PC tells me the phone is unavailable.

normally in android's system have usb connectivities options when you connect in pc but if you have W10 your can't see your phone as a usb common devices , like this:

c: store

d: others

e: Blu

you should see the name more up, near to mydocuments or destop

somme times the name is changed for the model of your phone.
