My phone is not opening anymore, how can I open it?

At first, my phone is restarting whenever i connect it to mobile data or wifi, it goes on and on. Until one day my phone just restarted and then it stayed in the logo sign, it is repeating on its own. Then it shut down and i can’t open it anymore. Can you guys help me?
