I got a virus on my NID-7012 Tablet and it locked me out.

I have a NID-7012 tablet with no volume buttons on it. Its a touchscreen and im locked out by a virus. When I turn it off and back on it goes right back to the same page. I can't get into it because it wont let me get to the tools or anything. Is there a program that I can reinstall by hooking up my tablet to my computer and re-program it ? I need all the help I can this please.
