How do I transfer video/photos to my phone.

I can't figure out how to put the video and photos I take on my camera Sony DSC-W830 onto my android phone. WITHOUT WIFI. PLEASE HELP ME

just transfer manual using your pc. plug your camera and your mobile together in your pc and activate the usb debuging in your mobile settings and do the transfer.
