I Have a Delonghi ECAM23.210 Espresso Coffee Machine and it needs a new grinder. I need an advise, how can I change the faulty grinder and install a new one into machine.

what do you mean by "faulty" ? has the grinder stopped completely or is it trying to work but not grinding ?
Descaling your machine every 2-3 months will help prevent alot of issues with these espresso machines. And avoid using oily beans because they tend to over extract the coffee and causes clogging of the grinder. Also avoid refrigerating beans. Moisture will cause clogging of grinder burrs. By doing teardown of your machine to remove grinder and check for scaling or clogging may resolve your issue and no need to replace. However if it seems grinder will need to be replaced I would recommend partsguru.com . They seem to have more Delonghi espresso machine replacement parts than any place I have found. Be prepared to pay $150 or more for new grinder assy. regardless of where you buy. The replacement part should come with pretty straightforward installation directions as well.

Yes I got it checked and the grinder is not working at all. The cost to fit a new grinder including quoted as $300 plus Australian dollars. When I did my research I could purchase a new grinder for $75 and it takes about 45 min or so to fit it. I bought machine about 5 years ago for $800. I can get the part as I have indicated for $75 but my problem is I can't seem to find any instructions or directions to change it.
