Why do I only see the background?
When I start a game I only see the background layer. I don't know what is wrong so please help me.

check the board for a blown cap.
the saturn uses two main processors for GFX processing.
typically one dos foreground and one dos background.
i would check it out on a few disks and see if the issue persists.
then open up and check for blown caps or corrosion on the main board.
