Small round volume button part

Hey guys I am replacing a housing with new volume buttons. I know that when you replace them you have to set over the small round metal piece that is in the middle. Mine shot away white removing and now I am missing one. New buttons also dont come with these small round parts and taking them from another iphone is not andere option because this wil only move this problem to the other phon. Is there any place where i can find this part or any other solution you guys know?

Try asking a local repair shop, if they can sell/give you this part, from their graveyard

A simple but great answer! I do this with my local bike shop and it's a great way to find obscure parts that are hard to order separately.
