My son stuck the micro card between card slot and casing rather than in the card slot - it's now stuck and we can't remove it. We bought a replacement card but now the colour screen is not working. Please help this as his Xmas present and he broke it almost immediately.

you could try using a very thin set of tweezers or needle nose plyers to remove the card. it could be that the presence of the card jammed in the wrong place is shorting out the LCD screen stopping it from working, if you can remove the card this may solve the problem, if on removing the card it does not solve the LCD problem id try getting it repaired under warranty telling them it just stopped working - worth a try.
