@maryannebrilley do you still see a menu clearly? It is possible that this is a bad panel....Remove the back of your TV and check the boards for any obvious damage. Post some images of th boards with your question. use this guide 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 for that. It will allow us to see what you see.
