In looking at your TG Pro screen I see the levels are right now within reason but high water markers are quite high Which implies to me you do run something very CPU & GPU intensive. Are you a gamer?

I would take it in to an Apple Authorized Service provider and have it tested for this issue:

MacBook Pro Repair Extension Program for Video Issues

@mayer - He's not using the Nvidia GPU as he has disabled it via gfxCardStatus so the GPU issue while still possible is not effecting things here.

The heat issue I believe is just over stressing the system.

Lets do some diagnostics here. I would get this app: TG Pro. It will help you see the built in thermal sensors as well as the fan. You should get the full version to gain the most use here. Post a screenshot of main screen so we can see it too.

What are you running on your system? You maybe pushing it beyond what it was designed to do.

How much RAM do you have and free space on your SSD?

Update (01/14/2017)

The regions you marked off in Red are areas which would get toasty when you are running something CPU & GPU heavy. The areas are the PCH and the CPU power regulation circuit.

First you might want to rethink what you are doing here. While the retina models are nice they are not a substitute for a desktop system designed to run heavy CPU & graphics intensive tasks.

@danj i updated my question.

@danj i'm agree with you because when i don't work with it, it is cool.

but the problem is when i only search with chrome or some easy works it warms.

i download intel Power manager and i notice clock of my cpu is high.

Double check your version of Chrome as well as any add-in's Something is burning your CPU clock cycles. I would recommend you run Activity Monitor to see whats going on. You may have some malware or other nasty here. If you are not doing anything other than opening up a static page (i.e. Apple.Com). If you re running an online game then you maybe hitting issue within the games code and you'll need to speak with the company. Remember this is not a heavy gaming box!

No mystery ;-}

Just forcing the system to use the intergraded graphics and likely playing heavy graphics games.

Thank you for this post. I have been trying to solve a similar problem with my 2017 Macbook pro 13” touch bar, which was warming up in the palm rest and keyboard area. All diagnostics came out fine but still, I was having a hard time typing due to heat building. Finally TG pro showed that two thunderbolts are hot as the processor. This is strange but reasonable as two dongles were attached to connect 2nd display and wireless mouse. Disconnected the two dongles and temperature went back to normal in 5 min! Can’t blame apple too much, but certainly not the best experience.

Ok I've seen this before but never this severe. First of all check the wiring. If that's not the case mayby to much pressure on the keyboard. There also could be a very big current that's over heating it. hope this helps!
