Possible to reach trigger button backside with little risk?

My Touch controller is suffering from the unstuck rubber pad behind the right trigger button. Is it possible to reach the area behind the trigger button of the Touch controller easily and/or without removing the top panel?

No, you must removing the top cosmetic disc first and tearing down this controller. But this trigger failure can be easily repaired after taking apart.
