My phone is not working

I have changed my ro.build version next day i switch on my mobile phone

every thing had stop then I resert a phone

then a mobile phone is switch on and off what is a problem in my phone

I put my phone on the charger for one day.So then the next day i try turning it on.And it Didn't cut on.So i said whats going on with my phone
