Whats up guys i purchased a galaxy note 10.1 2014 and like an idiot didnt think about the password now i cant contact the seller i have tried a hard reset but keep getting the mdm does not allow factory reset error. i have no idea how to go about this can anyone please help? google searches so far have produced answers for either one problem or the other but i have found little to nothing about both together.

have you tried to flash a rom? do you have any software tools like z3x?

No software yet all I have tried so far is the hard reset do you have a link to an explanation on how to do that? Never had to do this before.

you need to download the rom from samfirmware and then download odin, extract all, then load rom into the pda box on odin, hit start
tablet needs to be in download mode and plugged into pc before opening odin and loading rom
