gettin error code 160-1402 on wii u

3 yr old Grandson stuck 2 disc into dvd drive finally got then out.but never worked again. So I bought a new dvd drive the one same drive to relpace it.

But I am getting error 160-1402

New here just join today .Looking for help ! thanks again

I had the same problem when I replaced my sons drive. I removed the circuit board on the bottom of the old drive and put it on the new drive. Works great now!

Greg, I followed your advice, replaced the board on the bottom (using my old one), now it works great! Thanks :)
