Cant get tablet to turn on
I turned my tablet on to connect my wifi then turned it back off to make sure it saved the wifi and now it will only turn on to the main envizen digital screen

sjwilkinson86 , Ensure charger is working and device is charged. There a few reset procedures you can try.
Try this reset procedure 1st., Press and hold the power button for exactly 35 seconds then release, wait 2 minutes, then power on device. May have to repeat this 3x, if does not work try procedure #2.
2nd reset procedure: Plug the Tablet into the charger for 5-10 minutes, (while still plugged in) press and hold power button for 35 seconds, wait for up to 3 minutes for the Tablet to reboot.
Still not power up properly, find the reset hole in the side of the device and use a straightened paper clip to press the reset button.
Still not working return for warranty as defective, if warranty still valid. Good luck.
