Replace all electrolytic capacitors on logic board.
If there was not already enough damage from capacitor leakage on the logic board, you might just get it working by simply replacing capacitors.
Sometimes it is possible to temporarily resurrect these logic boards by washing them.

It looks like a bad video card or simply a loose video signal cable.
