Why does my phone shut off when I go to make a call or text
In the last few months my phone will power it's self off when I go to make a call or text, or sometimes my messages won't go thru for a few minutes or at all then power off, plus sometimes when it comes back on I lose messeges or contacts, please help me or have some kind of answered! It's very fusterrating! Thank you!
