Ps4 is Off... Nobody around and it will beep, eject my Disk...

Hello All, My PS4 will be turned off and with nobody around you'll hear it beep from the next room, and it will eject the Disk and sit there running. Even if no disk is in the unit this will randomly happen. I am also starting to see disk read errors stating that

I don't have the correct disk inserted to play a game. Any thoughts on what this requires along the lines of fixing it? Replace the CD/DVD drive? Replace the eject button sensor?
