flash is pop-up but not flashing?

when I tried something, when I used my flash i notice that the flash in not working anymore, it will pop-up but it's not flashing. I search something in the internet but i failed to search same as mine.

Either the flash bulb has bulb has gone or the flash capacitor, the later is quite difficult to replace.
