I want to buy an asus laptop for gaming, video and movie watching and music playing, and computing. I want an Asus laptop definately but which Asus model should i get to do all that on a medium budget since i cant afford a ROG machine. Also considering ample storage fast processor and graphics

@joesey , Joseph , I do not own a Asus laptop. The Asus ROG GL552, $999 popped up a couple times when I searched through a few forums. May be that is what you should try (laptop forums) and checkout all the ratings and prices to see what is available in your budget. A few links below you could check out. Good luck.

I got an Asus ROG GL552VW from Fry's for $480 about 7 months ago. It was a display model and was missing the Y key. Otherwise it was just fine. I have since learned that periodically browsing their website for non new stuff can be a way to save lots of money. Specially if a display item is somehow blemished (or missing a Y key, lol) you can bargain with them since all display stuff usually sells in store only. Since everything is still new in essence, you can usually get all repairs at no cost or for a flat fee via warranty.

The Asus ROG GL552 Also looks like a decent option tbh and I find the specs to be quite fitting with what I would want personally being a gamer.
