How to replace back cover

I want to replace the backcover on my Nexus 6p. Since all the electronics etc. are connected to the screen I thought it would be a matter of swapping the backover out with a new one. So I've looked for new ones andere they all say "without NFC". So is it just a matter of swapping it out or is there more to it?
