Why is my device not turning on?

When I press the power button on my device, nothing happens. My device is unplugged, and is not turning on.

One reason why your device may not be turning on is because the battery is dead. Try plugging in your computer to allow it to charge before turning it back on. If this does not work, your device may need a new battery.
