My power coupling burned

I have a burned power coupling by the CMOS and now the board won't work. It will power up, but I cannot find any burn marks, etc. Is there any way this board can be fixed or repair?

What do you mean you "burned a power coupling" how did you do this?

It doesn't matter how I burned it, Just wanted to know if can be fixed and how I go about doing it, if possible?

@phlebvam people are trying to help you and feel that they need a bit more information. So, no reason to become defensive "It doesn't matter how I burned it" could be pertinent.

What specific make and model is the board? Where is the part you inquire about located? Post some images of your damaged board with your question and mark the component. Use this guide 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 for that

@phlebvam Yes no need to get defensive. I was just asking on how you burnt it because depending on what you meant by "burnt" could mean fixing it or not fixing it.

I wasn't trying to be defensive. It was the way Cameron came across. It is an ASUS P5E3 PRO motherboard. I was trying to reset the CMOS with the tower standing instead laying it down and placed the jumper on a power coupling. I smelled smoke, turned off the tower and unplugged the system. I layed it down and realized what I had done and now, I get no post. Pictures wouldn't help at this point. The board is black in color and cannot see anything. I have the board at home, waiting for a new board, but want to fix this one for continued use if possible.

usually motherboards are very sensitive to even small amounts of electricity could fry the board and do permanent damage.

if what ever you fried is repairable ( this is where pictures come in hand) then you MIGHT be able to unsolder and replace the component. but with out any real info on what was actually burnt out its hard to say.
