touch screen not working
all the other buttons are working except the touchscreen and the back button

Can you tell us,
is the screen broken?
how did it get to this situation, fall, stepped on ........?
Do you want to fix it yourself or going to put it into a shop?
They are not that tricky to fix , on a scale of 1 to 10 they would be a 4

Hi please help the tablet turns on and everything works apart from the touch screen. It hasn't been dropped or anything. I have just installed a new mini usb so it now charges but now the screen won't work

Touch Screen - check connector if it is OK and seated well, no dirt under it, you will more than likely have to replace it
These things are fragile so be very gentle in handling them, but excellent job to get this far !!!!
