Printer will not print

Check the paper feed rollers, sometimes they get stuck in feed position. Also, you can try cleaning the paper pickup rollers with a soft cloth dampened with a bit of isopropyl alcohol.

you'll get this recording saying to go to the web site but just wait it will send you to somebody after awhile.
then tell them whats going on and they will help you fix it
