How do I access my E-5 571 to up grade my ram?

This is not an easy laptop to upgrade the ram in you need to tear it down and remove the motherboard to access the ram . The ram is on the backside of the motherboard and an access panel like most other laptops have would have made this an easy fix . But its not there so to access the ram you need to remove the motherboard
