Door will open partially only
I just bought brand new JES2051SN3SS microwave from Lowes . Door will open to 6 degree only . Hate to take it back since its build in . Thank you in adwance

Who installed it? See if the side that is hinged is hitting the enclosure. Post a couple of pictures please.
