This site is awesome! Please help Apple told me they couldn't help at all. I am paying for cellular service on my iPad Pro I spent an arm and a leg for. I need the internet for work. The sim reader doesn't work at all it says no sim. My cell company switched the SIM card and no dice. Someone please help! Don't want to have to buy a new iPad.

This might be because your sim is not getting contacted with the sim reader or any one of the golden pins on sim reader must be bend or broken. Try putting 99.9% alcohol and clean it with a soft bursh. Aslo check to see any golden pins are broken or damage. Hope this will give you results
