I've had my tablet for 2 days it was fine this morning then I went to use it this afternoon and all off a sudden a thin dotted like horizontal line is going thru the middle of my tablet what can I do? It has no been drop or hit with anything either!

What kind of tablet is it?
Did you buy it from a retail store? Because if you did you should definitely take it back since it's only been a few days.
