My fuel door doesn't pop open, it just barely opens?
How can I fix my fuel door so it pops open far enough for me to put my finger behind it? Right now it just unlocks and I have to very carefully coax it open.

Hi,
It may be either the fuel door spring is loose, has lost tension (try bending it out a bit to increase tension), is 'missing' or it could also be that the fuel door hinges, spring or release mechanism could do with some lubrication.
Here is a link showing the fuel door spring. If not in the USA you may have to contact a local dealer regarding the part.
