Keeps rebooting and keeps doing upgrade to apps

I have the dragon tablet and it works for a few then shuts down. Then once it rebots there are updates happening. I have cleared it and done a system rebot (wiped clear) any ideas

Just carry it back and tell the person your parent bought it from and ask them about it
