My Huawei p9 eva-L19 fingerprint scanner not working.... In the settings it's showing "you can't use your fingerprint to"

Plss tell me what to do .my phone running on Android os 7.0

Did you do a unoffical flash / flash to different firmware doing a manual method when updating to Android Nougat 7.0?

Or did you do update using the updater that came with the phone?

Note that the phone requires at least a 4-digit pin passcode (Android pattern won't work) to use the fingerprint sensor.

i would like to ask how to remove the password in my fingerprint management because i dont know the exact password this lady used and im thousand miles away from them, Please help me so i can update my fingerprint.
