1 external speaker is not working. Anything I can do? or check?
gaems g155 speakers are not working. jack works but not the external speakers.

if you are willing to, i would check to make sure the connections that connect the speakers to the jacks are still good, if this is a new product that you bought it might have been introduced to shipping damage either on the way to the place you bought it (if you got it at a store) or while it was being shipped to you where most damage would be caused.

amazing timing. i just had a friend ask me about the same issue, same product. i haven't had a chance to look at it yet. if you go to the instructions for replacing the screen on this item, you can see a picture with one of the speakers. step 6, it is right below the green circuit board. the same instructions should get you into the case and access the speakers. from there just see where the wires from the speakers go and make sure the connections are all visibly good. if you know how to use a meter you can also check the continuity of the wires. i will keep you up to date if i learn anything else about this or get some good pictures.
