@paulinacotton, Paulina, ZTE Zmax Pro Factory Reset Procedure:
From Main Menu go to Settings.
Find Backup and Reset option.
Select Factory Data Reset.
Tap Reset Phone.
Select Erase Everything.
((you will lose all data that has not been backed up))
