You will need to remove all and everything to access the keyboard. Have a look at this guide to get an idea of the tasks you'll have to perform. This is the guide on iFixit that gets you as close as possible to your goal

@mayer You can bet, I got a beautiful 17" from 2012 and I'll stick with it until I can. I didn't get what would be wrong with the answer though

I just want to unclip the keyboard from logic board.. only shows how to replace..
