Rear Cable (WAN/Ethernet) indicators not stable.

HI,

My Airport Extreme time capsule though the front indicator displays Amber, there are no stable Led indicators glowing at the rear cable inputs .

Once the power is switched on the lights glow green and go dark...

Would this be an issue of Power Supply unit

Tried Apple Support to no avail..
