By incoming calls I get the mssg that My Phone Has Stopped

Please help. My Samsung A5 stops working whenever I get a call. I get a repeated message informing me that my phone has stopped working. Even powering off is a trial with the speed of the reoccuring Phone has Stopped Working messages. I get the same problem whenever someone calls.
